Nope. It's been 24 hours, so here's a hint; a quote from the same anime was used a little while ago in this thread. In case you didn't realize it, the line is "nice angle" in a japanese accent.

No replies in almost a day, so here's another hint: The one who says it has, of course, accidentally got a view of someone's panties (surprise

). However, this does not happen a lot in this series, which has very little fanservice. The one who says it is about 8 inches tall and has just gotten stepped on by the girl in question.
