If it's under 100mb, why not just upload it to the .org ?
Some people can't torrent and it completely slaughters people on dialup connections (i've tried before). And others can't even use it. It needs someone to be seeding it 24/7, and most people aren't up for that. I seeded DDR, Animix and RVG for a month each and only had about a 10 minute downtime to restart and take care of some stuff.
