Need title of this soundtrack from Chobits.

Ok, remember in Chobits at the end on episode 7 and around the beginning of episode 8 where

Chii was glowing and later light burst out of the building?

Well, that's when this techno/instrumental BGM started to play (in which episode 7 inevitably ended with a cliffhanger). Does anyone know the title of that one and the composer of it?

hmm its been ages since ive seen chobits and i forgot wat episode 7 was

but i think the techno~ish song u might be lookin for is called "Dark Chii Theme" not sure who the composer is though

The composer for most of the soundtrack to Chobits was Takanami K-taro (formerly of Pizzicato 5), so that would probably be a safe guess.

That would be the song called "Dark Chi's Theme" by Takanami K-taro (The one who did the two Chobits soundtracks) I don't think the track is on either, but it exsists because I have it on my playlist. Good song.
