We know it to be in May but we don' tknow when. I always have to wonder why it takes the rules so long to come up when virtually nothing changes.

And at this rate they'll come up and say "The deadline's tommorow".

They were late in 2002 and 04 as well I think.

I just checked the Yahoogroups list and as it so happens that last year the rules were posted at the end of March. So we're about a month later than that as it stands.

Hope they dont do something like that. I had a little problem with my comp and I lost my projects. So Im in a rush to remake the projects I lost. y'see I had a problem with my computer, so bad that I had to do a system recovery. I lost everything as a result, but it had to be done.
