i made a music video with adobe premiere pro, and then i exported it
HuffYuv 704x480
and then i wanted to get it down in size, so i put it to mpeg layer 1, using tmpgenc and i set the resolution size for that but the video is smaller.
if i knew how to put a pic in here i would but idk how heh
so for instnace the video of the HuffYuv 704x480

(Which, by the way, is <i>supposed</i> to happen for basically all non-anamorphic sources. Otherwise everyone is slightly too fat.)
Don't believe me? Hit up VirtualDub for the MPEG's file information and see what the resolution is.
