t3 line but I cant use ftp, will someone help or host me?

I have a T3 line, limewire works and I can send at 1500k a sec, no problem.... but I cannot use ftp, because it is on a network and they blocked a lot of things, can someone help me get past that, or perhaps let me upload to their ftp or sites?

Try setting you server's listening port to a high number, like 28000 or above. That might bypass the blocks.

Alternatively, set it to something that is used by another service, if possible.
