I think we should be able to vote on at lest 15-20 banners at a time the queue is taking to long. It's been five days and my banner is still pending.
(or is it just mine?)

well i understand if it's a bandwith issue but plz just get back to me on this.

I hear ya! i hate only being able to vote down 10 banners at a time

Just kidding, but i'd like to often have at least one i like in the batch to vote worthy. Most of the time i don't get any that seem worthy...

This ten at a time stuff is some sort of new thing, because I clearly remember voting for 20-50(!) banners at a time in the past. And I haven't been a member THAT long....

It's a new thing. The number is arbitrary, but it had to be set at something. No matter what the number, someone will complain, so it's better to just pick a number and leave it there.

Banners are voted on in the order they are submitted, so everyone is waiting a while. This isn't necissarily a bad thing; maybe people will focus on quality, instead of quantity.

The extra time it sits in the queue is also used to give other moderators a chance to lookover the banners for typos. We had a couple issues in the past where banners with errors made it through so the banner queue is useful.
