windows movie maker/media player sound problems

Ok...Ima super noob...I finished my first AMV.
Problem:
In Movie Maker the audio sounds perfect,but when I listen to it in Media Player the sound is all distorted, and funkey...like ur listening to it from the other side of a tunel

CAN NE1 HELP ME?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

wma will sound like that if you compress with an overall bitrate below 512 kbps in windows movie maker.

compress at a higher bitrate with windows movie maker to improve audio quality.

2 questions...if i put my video on the org. would it sound like that on ur computer if u watched it???

and...how do i change the bite rate(try to keep in mind I AM a noob)
