The method that I described will not work since Movie Studio does not support compositing (not in general, that is). You could try bum's method. It works, although I had trouble setting the positions.
Another thing: MS does not do keyframes. So, to change the position of keys over a single clip, you need to split the clip (select event, press 'S' key) into a set of events. Then apply the motion settings to each one. Works just like keyframes for this type of work.
If the keys are holding only static pictures, then you can make them in a picture editor (PNG with a transparent background) and place on the overly track at the right times.
