I'm all for reflection after the fact, but... why not put it in the vid description? You the editor are never going to be completely objective, and if the function of ops is to give the editor feedback, using it to talk to yourself is a bit useless.

I commonly go back and edit my original vid descriptions with a little about how I see the video in retrospect.

as much as i think thats hillarious, the main reason the op system is so fucked up is because no one takes it seriously... but why defend something thats far beyond repair... /me laughs some more
