*need help fast* making file smaller

having major issues with filesize. on 56k, so hoping to get this around 50-100 megs (with ftp deadline coming up so fast, i can't take the time to upload something bigger).
i don't think i can get the file size i need with dv or huffyuv, so im looking at mpeg or mpeg2 right now.
he posted some templates, but i can't extract them.

anyways, how do i do this without major loss in image quality?
need small file size. i guess with mpeg

need fast answers, please. first time i've had a problem like this, so i don't know howto handle it (i usually enter my vids on cds. never worry much about file size)

Well, the quality would be pretty much directly proportional to the filesize with mpeg. Its all dependant on the bitrate you set.
