Where can I find Saishu Heiki Kanojo?

Does anyone know where I can get Saishu Heiki Kanojo? I heard about it and found Episode 00 (a cast-and-crew-commentary) on KaZaA, and watched a little bit of it (but not all of it because I despise spoilers). It looks DAMN interesting, but I can't seem to get any other episodes to download, or even find more than one or two people at a time on KaZaA that have any. I've been trying for about two weeks now to download episode 1, and I've had no luck.

Is there a fansub group distributing Saishu Heiki Kanojo who I could contact to get copies? Or, does anyone have some digi-subs somewhere?

(BTW, I can't import because (1)I don't know how to install an R2 mod-chip, (2) I only know a few words and phrases of Japanese besides, so if they don't have English subs, I'm screwed anyway, and (3) I can't find any Saishu Heiki Kanojo DVDs on eBay or CDJapan (the only two places that I know of where I can find R2 DVDs), so it's moot anyway.)

You shouldn't need a mod chip if you play a DVD via DVD-ROM on your PC. As for the series, I can't really help you out, but what's it about?

SaiKano is just about done airing on TV in Japan, AFAIK. Because its just finishing its run, there likely won't be DVD's of it out for a while anyway.

HQA & ANBU are subbing it together, though I don't recall where their IRC channels are.

Actually, Kthulhu, I don't know much about the plot. It's just that something about the clips they showed in the episode 00 I downloaded, something about the mood they had to them, really piqued my interest.
