Premiere 6.5 - transition problem!

Konnichiwa!
I'm working on Premiere 6.5 and I've got that After Effects thing... however I dunno understand why Premiere didn't show me the transition effect I've put on the timeline of my project file.

Can you tell me the problem?

Did you render your preview? You have to hit enter, let the computer think for a bit, then it will show you your effects and transitions when it plays back.
