I don't know Scintilla, I have alot of Kazuhiro Furuhashi's in my neighborhood. They're a bunch of old white guys who go down to their local VFW's all the time and talk about mowing their lawn...

anime is a cartoon... but most of the time anime is catagorized as a "cartoon" which was made/produced/lisenced by companies in japan/asia...
