"Loading Operation Error Time-Out"

I managed to get it in the site its just that just when I told them to upload my AMV and when it did it said "Operation Timed Out". I did everything else getting it uploaded and confirmed but still the confirmation in the upload timed out like that...

Ah yes and the file was "Cautionary Warning to FLCL"...
