Sadly it looks like I may not be able to pull this off so if any of you want the idea, it's the "You are so beautiful" song by Kenny Rogers to the ugly old hags of anime in AMV HELL 3.

If it's not too late, one last suggestion: the Ranma 1/2 oav Reawakening Memories has an old man who dresses up as a lady in a bridal gown. Very ugly.

I don't know how much they count but:

- Hagar from Voltron. Although her name is probably more of a Biblical reference because she is a rejected woman, it also is a pun on "hag". And she IS an ugly old lady.

- Zirconia. I'm positive she is a woman in the original. Although she is so ugly, she might as well be an "it".

I have to admit that Yubaba was the first character that crossed my mind. When I asked at Anime Nation who was the ugliest human character, she got the most nominations by far.

She looks old but not VERY old (doesn't have white hair) and it may be too late, so I don't know if this is helpful BUT Fruits Basket has this crazy washer woman who goes insane and ugly looking, screaming apologies at the screen and other frightened looking characters
