Holy shit that is a lot of vids.

My current vid has taken months and I 'm not even quite half done.

I guess doing so many gets you familiar enough with the show, to quickly make scene selections. I guessed based on your Golden Boy comment.

I suppose that is the trick. Am I right?

You must have one hell of a hard drive. (Unless you take the clips you want and use lossless so you can delete the DVD saves. Personally I find seldom use for dialogue scenes which can comprise a lot of the DVD, but it depends on the song.)

Question: I have heard El Hazard is good? Any comments on it.

That sure does help, yes. Some shows I have I don't even need to search for an appropriate clip, I've got just about every episode memorized.

I have a big enough hard drive I can rip an entire 26 episode series (lossless codec) and then some. I do also save the clips as lossless, so files are typically huge.

El hazard (The OVAs) is one of the best, truly classic animes out there. El Hazard (the TV series) is also very good. Though not as satisfying as the OVAs. And Alternative World is pretty good, too though it is my least favorite storyline.

Yes.

This may seem like an odd question but did you get ANY sleep at all during these last few months? Also where did you get your inspiration from for all these videos? I can take me as long as half a year to finish one video and another month or so to fine tune it.

These I am very interested to see - especially what you came up with for Devil Lady. Be sure to announce when you post them online.

So true...

Then again, if it weren't for people like this you wouldn't be able to look up any song you happen to get stuck in your head and more likely than not find a video to it. :D

I suppose a hobby is a hobby so quantity, quality is only a per individual criteria...

Ironically, I'll be lucky to have two videos done in six months.... I suppose I could do 30 videos in 3 months, but I would have to ask myself why bother to announce them
