drm wma to mp3

Anyone know how to convert a wma file with drm to mp3, while keeping the tag info? I ripped a cd with the names and all that using wmv8, but forgot to take off the protection thing. Now i dont have the cd and have to use wmp (which I hate) to play the files.

My cousin, wh I only see once a month. Thought riping the cd would make it safe enough and just gave her my original after I ripped it.
