Does anyone know of, and where I could find, this amv? I've searched through the site among several other places and didn't find a reference to it. But I could swear I saw it mentioned.... somewhere.

No, It was the Nyuutrix, thats why it stood out so much to me, the spelling.

Correct. Although I'm pretty sure there isn't an actual trailer using Elfen Lied. Simply the fansubbing group that was translating the manga omake pages.
