Doubt about the content of a AMV

Hi!
I want to question about if a amv with this content is allowed:
-Lucy (the protagonist of Elfen Lied) appears nude (the scene when she run away from the laboratories).
- Appears scenes with a little of blood,how head (and arms and legs ^_^U) cuts, (definitely Elfen Lied's anime typical scenes^^U).
This is my first video and i was created the new video entry...but when i was go to upload the video y read a clause of the rules about "videos containing sexual nudity or excessive graphic violence" and i didn't upload the video because this...
I want to know if a video how that i was describe is allowed.

Note: Sorry for my bad english, I am spanish ^_^U.

The nudity should be fine, but I think the violence would almost certainly be overboard, depending on what scenes you used. Things like dismemberment are usually over the line as far as volence goes.
