Anime Overdose
Anyone planning to go to Anime Overdose in San Francisco this weekend? (March 4-6) I'm probably going to be able to go on Saturday.

AMV contest happend. It was hosted by Brad DeMoss. Congrats to all participants. That's about all the good things I have to say.
Contest was organized by the last minute by a reg staffer who was handed everything on Tuesday. No one got confirmation their entries were recieved. All 9 entries were to be shown. They lost one VHS submission from Holland and we were forced to watch a Dirty Pair fan dub parody they thought was the entry. One entry didn't play, at first. My AMV played, but with no sound. I was greatly embarrassed. I should have brought my laptop and the AMV on DVD. My fault on that end. All disks were being played on a DVD player that also played computer files. That doesn't excuse that nobody test played any submissions before the contest to be sure they worked.
I guess the con was okay. I had great fun at the cartoon voice actors panel. Hearing Rob Paulson sing Nations of the World from Animaniacs was worth it.
