Eh, looks like you're just getting started so I'll be as constructive as I can. You seem to have grasped the basic idea of motion synching, as pretty much all the really major musical changes are synched with either a cut or a nice bit of animation. However, what you've got feels like a shell or basic outline of a video. Try to be a little more ambitious and really synch with more of the smaller melodies. Linkin Park will give you lots of fun stuff to work with (though lots of people will critique you for using them, on account of the fact that there are over 10,000 LP vids on this site), try to take advantage of all that fun stuff to really add depth to your editting style.
Also, it may have been a better idea to time Tidus opening his eye with the initial kick in of the music towards the beginning. All in all, it's a pretty typical vid for a beginner. Keep at it and you'll definitely improve. At this point I'd recommend downloading some vids and really observing the editting techniques in the ones you like. Inspiration based on other people's work is usually the best way to improve.
The best effects are the ones you don't notice.
