Your question is lacking in clearity but I will answer based on what I think your asking.

A.I. Love You - Serialized in 1994, Manga vol 1 released in 09/94
Love Hina - Serialized in 1998, Manga vol 1 released in 1999
Mahou Sensei Negima - Serialized in 2003, Manga vol 1 released in 2003

Since you didn't specify Japanese or American releases, I put Japanese. Like I said before your question isn't specific enough. oh well
