If the error you got back was that it didn't upload properly, try uploading the banner after renaming it so it doesn't have an apostrophe (single-quote) in the file name.

it just said that the "AnimeMusicVideos.com" was unreadable. I think their fine but maybe cuz I made them

We're pretty strict on that rule. Carefully look at each letter individually and try to read it.

Also, you might want to check if you can read the logo if you convert to grayscale; personally, I'm red-green colorblind, so maybe you can read it but I can't.
