Azumanga Daioh has beach scenes during the summer breaks. Tenchi Universe: Time and Space Adventures dvd has an episode with Tenchi and Ryoko as bank robbers (I think they're bank robbers).

lupin III has many many robberies and probably some beach scenes, though i cant think of any right of hand.
