okay, I just downloaded an FTP program onto my computer and I dont know what username andpassword to put in when it asks me to when I install it. Do I put in the one from here or do I make one up? If this helps any or anythingI dowlaoded ACEFTP.

Yes, you put the server/username/password it gives you here once you fill out an upload request for your video.

That's the key; don't try to log in and upload using your a-m-v.org username and pass.
