OMFG...There's a NarutoCon...

Post by Lone Wolf » Tue Feb 01, 2005 9:33 pm

The only good thing I'm gonna do for this con is link it here:
http://www.narutocon.org/

In my opinion, all of this Naruto crap is getting WAAAAY out of hand.

Please let this be a joke...

You know the original name for my con was going to be the Star Hawk Convention. (Starwind/Hawking Convention) But I decided it wasn't a good idea to name it after two characters. So I decided on Ani-Quest. Which I redefine my idea for the convention as an Anime Journey. Each year will be a different chapter. So I agree with you that it is a crazy idea but hey you never know this could work for as long as Naruto is popular. Hell it hasn't been released over here yet and it is a big hit.

I wonder if they need copyright permission to call it Naruto-con?

Careful about saying for as long as Naruto is popular. We've got RoboCon 20 coming up. And there were less episodes of Robotech than there are Naruto.

And of coarse it will never be known if it's a truly good con or not since anything that features Naruto seems to be gobbled up by the fans

I just truly can't see what people see in that show.. Granted it may be good, but it's not that good that is has to be worshiped at it's own convention

I like Star Trek, but I don't worship it at conventions
