As I said, it would be easy to see which people are polite and helpful. At first, if theres maybe a couple posts a week in a forum, I really don't think its a big deal to have a moderator of that particular language. Once posts begin to get common enough that a seperate moderator is warranted, then I'm sure it would be obvious which people would make good moderators.

As a enthausiastic programmer, i'm not against it... however i think only Phade can do such a thing
