geting track names/info

In wmp if you put a (legit) music cd in the drive and play it with wmp, it can get the track info for you and have the tracks names appropriatly when your rip the cd. But wmp cant convert to mp3. Anyone know any other program that get track info and rip the cd (to mp3) with the track names?

Exact Audio Copy and every ripping program that uses freedb, cddb or some similar service.
