VCA List(Why am I not on it?)

Me and my friend were doing our votes for the vca's today and I noticed none of my 2004 videos on the list, nor my name on the creator list awards. Why am I not in the contest when it says im qualified?

In other words, you forgot to check that pesky little box in your profile that was mentioned in the relevant threads and VCA pages.
