upload help

Whenever I try to connect in order to upload a video I encounter this message

Authorization with server failed. Please check the username and the password.

Another possible reason is that the server cannot accept any more connections.
If you are trying to make an anonymous FTP connection, then try to enter your email address instead of the default one in Edit->Client->Connection Options.

Details from server:
530 Login incorrect.

Can anyone help me. I know for a fact that the username and password are the ones I recieved from the site.

I don't know what FTP client you are using, but make sure you are not in anonymous mode (there should be a checkbox). Even if I enter a username and password, if I leave that checkbox checked in cuteFTP at least, it tries to send my username as "anonymous" which doesn't work.
