Putting in new anime Question

Okay, I have a question. The instructions were a little weird for me.

I have this game with anime-style footage :Rakugaki Showtime.
It never came to any continent outside of Japan, so it wouldn't have a translation, and is only referred to as it's Japanese title.

But, the translation is literally "Graffiti Showtime", should anyone care.

So, should I be entering the translation, even though nobody uses it, or the Japanese name?

I thought the page suggested the "official" english title and if not the most commonly used title.

The wording was a little weird when it talked about mostly-referred to titles. I just wanted to make sure.
