I made a banner to submit to the site, how do I do it?

On the right side of Members main page, click on the text banner ad contest.

I know, but when I click on it the page doesn't load. It just stays blank.

BANNER AD SUBMISSIONS

Banner ads must be 468 x 60, must be less...

Works fine with me...

Try to clear your Temporary internet files under Extra-> Internet Options -> Delete Files.
