I even tried with fire fox, it was a record because it stopped at 65% of the download. Then I tried to resume but actually it didn't work.

I swear you that I subscribed the 5th of Jenuary, I am sure because I downoloaded my first and only amv THAT day itself!

The strange thing is gemberkoekje that every site dl works, this is the only one causing me troubles :(

some news

finally i've downloaded something!

It was thanks to Opera and is autoresume, but something is weird...:

1) i had to stop and resume 9 time a dl
2) i had to restart 9 times the dl because for that many time it stopped the dl, dl rate slowly went to 0kb/sec and i had to block to resume it.
3) Opera doesn't tell me the size of the file I am downloading O_o
4) this is the most funny thing, even if I don't have the size the dl timer calculates about 15-20 minutes left for the download, but it is as fake as the devil, I downloaded a 80mb size file, and when the dl started the timer said "15-20" minutes left, and after I downloaded about 60 mb the timer still said "15-20" minutes left, I had to see on the site the size of the file -.-

....

Sorry I wrote in a terrible way, Omg  what I meant is that with opera I can download on this site but I have to resume manually 9-10 times per dl.

So the problem isn't totally resolved, isn't there any other way? Maybe some1 had the same problem of mine..

P.S.: Where is the "edit" button? So at least I correct instead of writing posts and posts for any news i've got -.-

The Internet is a wonderful tool that works in dumb ways. :)

What I guess is happening is there is a bad path between you and a-m-v.org, some faulty server in the path is resetting itself a bunch. The fact that one a-m-v.org is giving you hell means that's the most likely answer, and also pretty difficult/impossible to fix. Just gonna have to restart everything until the path between you and the .org changes or they fix their computers.
Life's short.

I don't know if it'll work and i don't know how exactly - but you might want to try and empty your mac-adress table, maybe he'll find a better route...

I'll try if you'll explain me what "mac-adress table" is, or at least I'll keep on restart download manually.

Does "mac" stands for Machintosh ?_?

The third way is to wait that something changes into amv's server or my computer if I understood

P.S.: Thanks for the help you're givin' to me, you are all very kind.

Here, it's properly MAC, for Media Access Contol, I believe. It's a number unique to each NIC, or Network Interface Card, and...

But that's probably more than you wanted to know already.

MAC adresses are unique adresses of everything that has anyting to do with networking. So a networking card has a MAC adress, a router has one - etc.

In the MAC-adress table there are entry's combining IP-adresses with MAC-Adresses. So maybe your pc has a bad route... however i'm not really much of a networking expert so i dnot know exactly sorry... ^_^'
