Hey guys i just wanted to know how do you enter this thing....so far all ive found about it is the rules and the deadlines..is everyone entered or something automatically?

Yes. If you made a video in 2004, you and your video are automatically entered. Unless if you do anything to disqualify yourself, like not checking the "all of my videos have been entered into the catalog" button in your profile, or having non-anime vids in your profile.

It's all in the rules, by the way, if you read carefully enough.
