codec????? how do i get dvds in to windos movie maker

how do i get dvds in to windos movie maker it wont let me and what are codecs it says i need them to put some of my downloaded stuff on to windos movie maker.....this is driveing me nuts :x :x :x :x :x please help if u can for the love of god please help me -_-

Well, I'm pretty sure that, technically, all the material in it can now be found in EADFAG2 (there's a section on makeAVIs, and there's a warning for WMM2 users in the aspect ratio section)... my guide just puts all the WMM2-specific stuff (on the preprocessing side, at least) in one place so it's easier to find.

I guess if the admins decide there's enough of a need, they'll add it to the list. I wouldn't mind. :)

ok i found the dvd decoders um who's AD? and do u know how to change file types

AD=AbsoluteDestiny, the head admin.

If by filetypes, you mean from .txt to .avs, then you rename the file, replacing .txt with .avs.
