So, basically this AMV shouldn't be allowed (besides the fact that it's not an AMV) because he obviously downloaded AVP which is illegal...well, it was illegal to make a copy of it anyways.

if you delete every amv which uses illigal downloaded material you have like a drop of 80% in the archives ^_^
