I NEED MEGA HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!

Im having trouble downloading music videos from here. You see back in August 2004 when I first registered onto this site on MY OLD COMPUTER my internet service back then used to be OPTIMUM ONLINE (CABLE SERVICE INTERNET). Now I have a new computer and now I HAVE VERIZON DSL/MSN INTERNET SERVICE! Even though this internet service is faster and much better than the old one for some reason an error keeps occuring everytime I try to download local music videos I used to be able to watch back on my old computer!!!! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME OUT HERE!!!!!!!
