Tekkoshocon 2005 AMV Contest Vital Info Please Read

Dan Castore, our Video Rooms and AMV chair, died Friday, December 3 in a car accident just days shy of his 28th birthday. He was a good friend to many and will be missed. Please keep him and his family in your thoughts and prayers.

AMV submissions are temporarily closed. Please keep an eye on the main page and the boards at Tekkoshocon.com, as we will have a new address for submissions as soon as possible. Likewise, if you have already submitted an AMV, please keep watching the boards and main page for updates. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience, but we may need to ask you to re-submit your piece.

Holy crap, that really sucks. Not so much for Tekkoshocon's contest, but for his family and friends.

I'm sorry to hear about it too.

Eventhough I didn't know him I feel for anybodies family when they lose a loved one around the holidays. I know what it is like. I lost my grandfather 3 years ago a week before thanksgiving. Once again I'm sorry to here such terrible news.

I'm a little late in finding out about this ... this is really sad

I spoke with him and hung out with him a little bit at Tekkoshocon this year, he was a really nice guy. The car accident happened only a few miles from where I live which makes it hit a little closer to home too ...

I feel so sorry for his friends and family, it's never a good time to loose a loved one but it's especially hard near the hollidays.

Well, we got a new head and she seems really nice ^^ So I hope it all is pulled off withouta hitch ^^;;
