Kenshin - Distant

Post by Lord Rae » Sat Nov 27, 2004 6:44 pm

Its a minimalist video... nothing flashy, nothing fast. But I love it.

This video is actually kind of old.. about a year old.. but I finally put bumpers on it and got it uploaded.

goodness, that song sounded like it was made especially for kenshin the way you made it fit, i bet it practically felt like it made itself.... through ur skilled hands

don't see how anyone would give it less than 4 stars

the intro was long but flowed nicely and the ending i thought came kinda out of nowhere but i could definately feel that it was over... just that it felt like it came too quick, sorta abruptly i guess
If you're reading this, you've gone too far...PREPARE FOR RETRIBUTION!!
Don't judge an AMV by it's anime.. u nooB ;D

Yeah I can't imagine using any other anime for this song... I didn't edit the track any so I have no control over how short it is. :) Thanks though.

from stupid forum bugs to even more stupider newbies who are about to GUSH major praise in the form of "OMG..that was AWESOME!!" :D :D  :D

I wish I had the words to convey the poignancy and beauty of this piece.

I love an AMV that moves me..it didint just move me, it freaking touched me.

You knew your anime and characters well, and employed just an evocative a musical score with impacting lyrics , choosing your scenes to exemplify both song and scene selection superbly.

Ah the pain, and inner pain and sorrow that is Kenshin..

Oh to heck it with ..let me gush...I love, love LOVE it!

:D :D :D

Only thing I saw wrong with the whole thing, was what was mentioned before...that just as you are getting into it..it abruptly stops! ..my reaction was kind of "Gasp!..blink...blink...aaaarrrgh...noooooooooooo!!!!!"

But even that is forgiven in light of having witnessed such a beautiful, emotion charged vid, powerfully capturing the pain, beauty and redemption of a near lost soul though love in Kenshin.

You know your stuff Lord Rae. :D
