Is this against the rules??? (mixed anime/non-anime footage)

Say I want to make a video with footage that isn`t 100% anime. For example (awful example warning) a video that has Ghost in the Shell (Movie), Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex and scenes from The Matrix: Reloaded. The Matrix isn`t anime, but since there`s anime in the vid, can I upload it to the local server or is it against the rules to do that? And if I can`t put it on local, can I still link to it directly or indirectly?

By the way, if anyone liked the idea up there fell free to use it.

The rule is that if the video is predominantly anime, it's allowed as Local.
