Downloading Help (WHAT IS GOING ON!?!?!?)

Ok. I've read the FAQ about downloading vids. It is now EXACTLY 2 weeks. Do I still have to wait, or do I have to try and figure out what the FAQ said to do? (I have no idea what that thing said since it sounded way above my level of understanding of the network. ) And also, if you try and are unable to download vids, is it normal if you are autmatically logged off of the website?

No, you don't have to wait.

No.

If you are having trouble, it might help to read some of the stickies in this forum, and maybe one of the hundreds of other posts of people complaining that they can't download for whatever reason.

i am having problems with the amv's to

i am sure that ppl have answered this question already but i am to lazy to look.... neways

everytime i download one this message pops up and it says
"Some of the streams in this movie are in an unsupported format."

how do i get it so i can watch them???
