It's probably best I explain what happened. I had to reinstall my Windows XP, so in a sense i also had to reinstall Premiere, Divx, 3vix, the HuffyUV codec.
I also installed Avisynth as well, however I'm not entirely sure i installed it right, I basically manually moved the avisnyth.dll file into my "system32" folder. Window's Media player runs my avs files without a hitch but when i import them into premiere it just shows a black screen, any advice is appreciated.

You manually moved the file? Um why not just use the installer?
Also you have to install the Premiere AVS plugin for it to work in Premiere.
