Good P2P software for anime and music????

Hey, this was in general but i thought it would be better here... i was wondering what a good P2P software program would be. Its more for my brother who wants to download music from unsigned bands and stuff but i'll also be using it for downloading a lot of unlicensed anime aswell maybe even include some in AMV's

So i ask: What's a good program for P2P? If you could list what you like and dont like about it aswell as if there are any risks like spyware.

Bit Torrent (or Bit conjurer, Bit Shadow, there's a bunch of Bit Torrent programs)

Downloading unlicensed anime is still illegal.

i'm not downloading anything, despite what my previous post said.

Your hypocritical flames were enough to prevent me from ever downloading anything again since it might be copywritten. right now i just want to know what a good P2P for the hell of it.

BTW your icon is from Hellsing is it not? Did you get permission to use it? Just wondering.
