AVS Problems: Video not exported correctly

Okay, now I know it has something to do with the way I'm editing or my AVS files. I made my new project with AVS files to hold just one entire VOB and edit straight from that in Premiere. I usually make smaller clips from the AVS files and use them to edit, but due to a time constraint, I just edited from the AVS files.

Now sometimes I get that my video has small blocks (made by thin black lines) in it and some of the latter clips in my timeline show up as clips earlier used in the timeline.

And my exports are fairly slower than usual, which sometimes end in Premiere crashing.

I've also gotten errors in my AVS files saying that some long 8 or 9 digit number need to be repleaced by something like 00x00000.

I'm using Death & Rebirth and End Of Evangelion VOB files that are actually in another directory from my AVS & .d2v files (which are in the same folder). Also my project file is actually in a different directory from both of them. Could that be a problem? I was thinking that it's just because my AVS files are using whole VOBs.

you try adding "setmaxmemory(16)" at the top of the scripts?

If by "setmaxmemory()" you mean "SetMemoryMax()"... and if it still doesn't work with 16, try 32.
