I'm kind of surprised that you ended up with two videos in one category Q C- but then I also glanced through the rules and realized that unlike most, there wasn't a condition that I could see that you couldn't enter both videos into the same category. I feel for you, though- I ended up with two trailers competing against each other at Tekkoshocon this year (
It's Tricky to Make a Trailer and
The Powerpuff Revolutions), and I would have much preferred having just had one (ITTMAT was supposed to be in 'Comedy'...) so as to not split the votes and be competing against myself.
Good luck to everyone! I wish I could be there to see the contest, but it's just not in the cards (or the finances) this year.
The only thing I can think of is that the song is fairly uptempo, but you're right, the video isn't really all that happy
