No Brand Con!

I'm plugging my own con here, but No Brand Con is a unique and strange anime convention that runs in the spring in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

We recently confirmed our first guest of the year: Monica Rial, voice talent of anime like Raxephon and Excel Saga.

I didn't expect to find any coolness near my dark part of the woods. I live in Wausau. My roommate and I are total anime nuts. Thanks for the info.

Yep-- we happen to be the only (to our knowledge) anime con in Wisconsin. Unfortunately, most people don't know they can attend a great con without having to travel hundreds of miles.

Sorry to double post, but I wanted to announce that a bunch of us from No Brand Con will be at Anime Reactor. We'll be having our OAAH! room at the hotel, so if you'd like to drop by for some fun or learn about/ register (still at early bird price) for NBC, come on by!
