Think about it for a second, Necromancy, the art of reviving the dead and other such things relating to that which shouldn’t be alive anymore. In other words, its not just bringing a thread back to the top long after it ran its course, but will more than likely get you flamed. It’s a sad thing, but once you bury it, you don’t want to see it again, no matter how you look at it.

That's about it. Necroposting is a term used in forums I guess.
