Add "I Already Downloaded This, here's a Star Rating&qu

For vids I have downloaded, just not local, I'd like ot be able to star rank them and have them listed as having been downloaded by me. This way there's a more complete online catalog of vids I've gotten, PLUS it makes the "Suggestion QUery" thing more useful.

I clicked the suggestion query thing, and it listed TONS of viddeos I already had.

Which means, yes, it's right on target with finding vids I would like based on other poeples' star scale ratings... but.. I already have all those vids. I just got them way before local downloading was an option on here.

So yeah, just a simple tool that ytou can mark vids as having been downloaded previously or through some other service (Kazaa etc...) would be convenient. I still have a bunch of vids I got from Scour Exchange back in the day.

just download the local link then

to save bandwidth: derobert made some tweak to the local downloads. if you go to http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... stbits.php
check the box and save, then local downloads will be counted as complete once you start the download, not after you finish.
i've been just going to the videos i've downloaded by non-local means, starting downloads, and then canceling just so i can rate these vids and get them off my suggestion query.

You realize that that's buggy behavior you're exploting and shouldn't be counted on as a fix, right?

It'd save time and bandwidth if you could just do it the way I reccomended. THat's a lot of trouble to do all that just to get it off your suggestion list.

I can't get that to work.
