Well, here's how I see it...
I decided to do a little research on your video idea. I do like the song, and it is very appropriate for Seishirou and Subaru. I see just one problem: that exact idea has been done before to the same song. Granted, it can't be downloaded, but still...it DOES say in the a-m-v.org rules that you really shouldn't take others ideas. I'm guessing that you probably didn't know that anyone else had done that idea before, and that's why you suggested it. So it's not your fault, I know.
If you want a few alternatives, then here's what I think.
Orgy - "Blue Monday" - I know, you just did an Orgy video...but this is an idea that I've had for some time for that coupling. Also, it hasn't been done before.
Tori Amos - "Gold Dust" - the song's lyrics are a bit stranger than I originally thought (I just looked them up for the first time,) but I really think that they would make a great Subaru/Seishirou video. The song is decently long - almost six minutes. Besides, the song is just plain beautiful. It's nearly a tear-jerker.
If you don't really care for those ideas, that's okay. I'm probably going to post them on my thread eventually, anyhow. Have fun with your project! ^_^

Great Idea...
Now that's a better idea. As always, I do research on video ideas. This time there were no X videos at all to that song. So, I think that you have a great idea. The only problem I see is that "Straight Out of Line" is a hard rock song that would lend itself better to fighting scenes. Of course, I have faith in you, so I know that you will pull off a good video anyway. Have fun! ^_^
